Features & Benefits

High viscosity fluid designed to lubricate heavily loaded crusher spider bushings, extending component life while reducing consumption.
Solid and organo-metallic anti-wear and extreme pressure additives provide unparalleled protection in the most heavily loaded zones.
Lubricant is recommended for use in all temperature conditions, both summer and winter.
Environmentally friendly. Does not contain chlorinated solvents or lead and is free of all known carcinogens.

Proven Performance

Petron’s Crusher Spider Bushing Lubricant has been exclusively used to lubricate Tenova TAKRAF, Allis Chalmers, Flsmidth, Nordberg gyratory crushers with sizes varying from 54”X74” to 63”X118”. The product performance has enhanced the life of the spider bushing by more than double.
