Petron had a 54% return rate for our electronically sent survey which was sent to Customers globally in every industry we service. Our Customer Satisfaction Survey focuses on the following segments: Product, Pricing, Customer Support, Customer Retention, and Petron as a Company.
Several takeaways were noted from the Customer feedback we received:
- We received positive feedback for the training we offer our Customers.
- We will continue to drive the discussion on the Quality and Performance of Petron products in comparison to our competitors.
